William Shelby Bowmer, 64 of Junction City passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016. Born June 20, 1951, he was the son of the late Virgil Lee and Lida Holt Bowmer.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Rita Roach Bowmer and Nancy Adams Blakey Bowmer; by four sisters: Betty Jean Bowmer, Wanetta Rakes, Virginia Douglas and Irene Jenkins; and by two brothers, Junior Bowmer and Elmer Bowmer.
He is survived by three sisters: Betty Wheeler and Barbara Pevley, both of Junction City and by Mildred Northern of IN; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 am, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Wendell Douglas with burial in South Fork Cemetery. Visitation is 5:30-8:30 pm, Wednesday at the funeral home.
