Vicki Cook age 65 of Burkesville, KY passed away peacefully on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Cumberland County Hospital. Vicki was born in Los Angeles, California. She was a former computer operator for the United States Government.
She was preceded in death by her parents John Garrett, Jr. and Mariam Garrett, and one brother, Jack Garrett.

One Sister- Beverly Garrett of Indianapolis, IN
One Nephew- Jason Moore of Burkesville, KY
12 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.
Cremation has been chosen and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in charge of arrangements
