Vernon Wayne Keith, 46, of Columbia, died Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 10:42 A.M. at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
He was born February 25, 1969, in Adair County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Helm Carter. He attended Russell Springs Gospel Tabernacle and was a truck driver.

One Brother – Charles Vernon (Rachel) Keith of Columbia
Two Sisters – Roslin Keith of Adair County & Dorslen (Joe) Kean of Russell County
Graveside Service – Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Jamestown Cemetery with Bro. Todd Barnes officiating
Burial will follow the service
There will be no visitation
