Born May 1, 1940, in Beech Grove, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Dallas Ray Breckenridge and Flossie Dale Breckenridge. She was also preceded in death by one brother and one granddaughter, Julianne Taylor. She graduated from high school in Dexter, Michigan.
Always willing to open her home, she was a foster parent for 20 years and touched many young lives. She was a homemaker and assisted her husband in his business.
She was presently a member of Tifton’s First Baptist Church, attended Three Trees while in Kentucky and the Nazarene Church while in Michigan.
She was known for her spunky, witty sense of humor and gift of making anyone and everyone smile. She had the uncanny ability of making everyone feel like they mattered.
Jo is survived by her husband, Jason Andrew of Tifton, Georgia; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Gina Andrew of Tennessee and Dan and Jeni Hostetler of Ohio; five daughters and three sons-in-law, Debbie Harrington-Price and Rob Price of Arizona, Dawn and David Taylor of Michigan, Sandy and Charlie Taylor of Tifton, Suzette Andrew of Michigan and Johanna Andrew of Georgia; eleven grandchildren, Austin (Courtney) Taylor, Nicholas (Lia) Taylor, Justin (Leslie) Swafford, Anthony Swafford, Miranda Swafford, Stephen Taylor, Matthew Taylor, Jason Barth, David Barth, Ryan Andrew and Chris (Audra) Hostetler; and ten great-grandchildren, Parker, Westin, Brianna, Maxwell, Ariana, Jena, Hunter, Kai, Easton, Aadil.
