She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Bible Baptist Tabernacle.
She is survived by one son and five daughters: Weldon Dee Gunter and Mary Truax of Campbellsville, Faye Mattingly and husband, Mittchell, Carolyn Hoeck and husband, Danny and Tammy Brady and husband, Jerry of Lebanon and Hilda Perkins of Bradfordsville; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; one sister, Christine Smithy of Indianapolis, Indiana and one half-sister, Helena Atwood of Elk Horn; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters: Alvis Gunter, Willie Gunter, Nellie Southwood and Mary Lee Gilpin.
