Sandra Kay Mott, 79, of Elizabethtown, KY, died Friday, January 15, 2016 at Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, 1SG (R) William Mott; and 2 grandchildren, Jeffrey C. Peter and Aleilasha Broussard.
She is survived by her son, Russell and Sheila Mott of Elizabethtown, KY; a daughter, Leilani and Ronnie Mann of Gulf Port, MS; 5 grandchildren, Russell Mott, Jr., Carra Peter, Russell Broussard, Michael Broussard and Cody Broussard; and a brother, Robert Raak.
The memorial service will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home, in Radcliff, KY with Dr. Jim Shaw officiating.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
