Sandra Byrd Hogue, 73 of Lincoln County passed away at her home on April 5, 2016. Born September 20, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Carl Bethel and Ora Lee Sexton Byrd.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Hogue, Sr and by a brother, Jackie Lee Byrd.
She is survived by two sons, Bobby Gene (Patty) Hogue, Jr of FL and Richard Lee Hogue of a Stanford; daughter, Julie Jean Hoover of Hustonville; two brothers: C.B. Byrd, Jr of Russell County and Robert Dean Byrd of Nicholasville; four grandchildren: Nichole Hoover (Danny Sallee), Jason Hoover, Brian (Katelyn) Hogue and Brett Hogue; two step-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jasper McCann; 14 great grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 am, Saturday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Chaplain Brad King with burial in Moreland Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 pm, Friday at the funeral home. Guestbook available at www.wlpruitt.com.
