Mr. Samuel Maurice Tatum, age 88 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at the Springfield Nursing & Rehab Center. He was born on April 25, 1927 in Marion County, KY. Mr. Tatum was a retired farmer.
He was preceded in death by: Wife: Mary Susan Luckett Tatum; Daughter: Shirley Tatum Shreve; Parents: Samuel Mose and Minnie Isaacs Tatum; Brother: Carol Tatum; Sisters: Mildred Tatum and Lucille Copper.
Survivors Include: Son: Terry (Therese) Tatum- Lebanon, KY. 3 Grandchildren: Lance (Melissa) Tatum, Tara Tatum, Tatum Robbins- all from Lebanon, KY. Also surviving are 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 22, 2016 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Troy Mattingly. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.
Visitation will be held after 6:00 p.m. Thursday at Bosley Funeral Home.
