Ruthann Choleric Reffner, 57, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania on September 25, 1958, daughter of the late John and Gloria Spencer Colerick. She was a home health aide for LifeLine and a member of the Word of Faith Church. She was a caregiver to the elderly in the community and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Korey & (Adam) West of Hobart, IN and Chelsea Reffner of Somerset and one grandchild, Eelan West.
A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Word of Faith Church, New Haven Lane, Somerset, KY with Pastor Scott Tipton officiating.
Visitation will be after 11 AM Wednesday at Word of Faith Church.
Burial will be in West Moreland County Memorial Park in Greensburg, PA at a later date.
The family request contributions to be made in her memory to the Ruthann Colerick Reffner memorial fund.
