Rex Brown of Campbellsville, son of the late Cecil Brown and Carrie Judd Brown, was born March 13, 1928, in Green County. He died at 11:59 A.M., Monday, January 25, 2016 in Campbellsville. Age: 87 

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Saloma Baptist Church. 
He served his country honorably in the United States Army and the United States Navy. 

Rex was a member of Pitman Masonic Lodge 124 F & AM and a retired employee of Ford Motor Company. He had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting. 

He united in marriage to Patsy Dudgeon, who preceded him in death December 1, 2011.

He is survived by one son and three daughters: Cecil Brown and wife, Donna, Dian Sallee and husband, Doug and Donna Johnson and husband, Mark of Louisville and Deborah Perry of California; one step-son and two step-daughters: Tom Milby and wife, Phyllis, Jan Milby and Mary McVay and husband, Randy of Campbellsville; sixteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Aileen Morrisett of Louisville; one sister-in-law, Louise Brown, of Louisville; special friend, Preston Pyles of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by a step-daughter, Betty Cole February 13, 2013 and one brother, James Brown. 

VISITATION: 5:00-8:00 P.M., Friday, January 29, 2016 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home 

FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 
Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. John Chowning 

BURIAL: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens
