Phyllis Roberts (Porter) Letner, 72 of Nancy, formerly of Casey County, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016. Born May 8, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Howard “Newt” and Vivian Cochran Roberts.
She is survived by two sons: Gary (Vanessa) Porter of Moreland and Paul (Tammy) Porter of Casey County; two daughters: Paula Lane (Jimmy) of Nancy and Sandra Henninger (Jeff) of Lexington; two brothers: Jay Roberts of OH and Clifford Roberts of IN; four sisters: Ruth Martin of Moreland, Elma White of Louisville, Susan Lawhorn of Moreland and Carolyn Preston of Lexington; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 pm, Wednesday at W.L.Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Brent Huggins with burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers are Johnny Reed, Doug Ellis, Jamie Rogers, Jimmy Martin, Tanner Porter, Alex Lear and Mike Lawhorn. Visitation is 5:30-9:00 pm, Tuesday.
