Philip L. Bradshaw, 60, of Danville, went to be with our Lord January 15, 2016 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Ky..The son of the late Loren and Beulah Randolph Bradshaw, Philip was born on May 9, 1955 in Yosemite, Ky. He earned a diploma from Danville High School and spent a few years working in construction and farming. He had been a volunteer fire fighter for Boyle Co. Engine #1. He also had worked at Master Supply but was now retired. A faithful member of Danville Church of God, Philip had a dedicated music ministry and served on the Pastor's Council. He was loved and respected by all of his church family and he loved and respected all his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Christopher; two brothers, Bobby and Charles Bradshaw and a sister, Beverly Phillips.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Vickey Young Bradshaw, a daughter, Shannon (Steve Workman) Key of Versailles; two grandchildren, Dax and Layla Workman; three sisters, Ruby (Herb) Toombs and Norma Miller, both of Danville and Frances (Frank) Richardson of Eaton, Ohio; two brothers, Jimmy Bradshaw of Parksville and Carlos (Karen) Bradshaw of Lebanon and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be 1 pm, Tuesday, January 19th at Danville Church of God. Pastor Bryan Montgomery and Rev. Odis Clark will officiate. Visitation will be after 5 pm, Monday at the Danville Church of God, South Fourth St., Danville. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Charles Singleton, Austin Williams, Jess Williams, Ronnie Short, Robert Keith, Wesley Williams and Doug Tackett, all members of the Pastor's Council.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Thompson, Rick McCowan, Chris Caudill, Chuck Durbin and Tommy Peck.

​Memorial donations are suggested to Compassionate Friends or the Danville Church of God.
