Patricia Ann "Trish" Phillips Fisher

Patricia Ann “Trish” Phillips Fisher, 59, of Fairdale, Kentucky, formerly of Adair County, died Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 2:58 P.M. at her home after an illness 

She was born August 5, 1956, to the late Joe and Inis Estes Phillips.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Danny Jr. Foster and a brother, Billy Phillips. 

Survivors include: 
Her husband – James “Jim” Fisher of Fairdale 
Two daughters – Tralisa Foster & Sabrina Ford both of Columba 
Two step-sons – Josh & Glen Fisher both of Fairdale 
Eight brothers – Danny (Evelyn) Phillips of Murray, Bobby (Treva) Phillips, Darrell “Tom”(Twila) Phillips, Jim (Helen) Phillips, Terry (Sherry) Phillips, Steve “ToJo” (Stephanie) Phillips all of Columbia, Larry “Homer” Phillips of Russell Springs, David (Terrie) Lawhorn of Greensburg 
Five sisters – Diane Ford, Sherry Phillips, Marsha Ann Rowe all of Columbia, Betty (Richard) Burris of Greensburg, Janice McCuiston of Murray 
Five grandchildren, six step-grandchildren and two great grandchildren 
Special friends – Jeanette Gough & Pamela Taylor 
Her special “fur baby” – Tico 

Funeral service – Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Foster officiating 

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery 

Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Saturday
