Opal Ann Minton, of Jamestown, KY passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. She was 45.
Born April 18, 1970 in McCreary County, KY, she is the daughter of Mabel Minton of Windsor, KY. She was a member of Jennie’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include a son, Benjamin George Lutz of Campbellsville; ex-husband and the father of her son, Eric Lutz of Campbellsville; two brothers, Dale Minton of Russell Springs and Lee Hensley of Tennessee; and two sisters, Jo Ann Condra and Janice Roberts of both of Windsor.
Funeral services are 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 30, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Jennie’s Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday from 12:00 Noon until funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be given to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home to help offset funeral cost.
