MYRTLE DICKSON, 89 of the Prices Creek Community of Adair County passed away Sunday, September 20, 2014 at 11:14 PM at her home after several months illness.
She was born in the Weed Community of Adair County on October 24, 1925 the daughter of the late Andrew and Carrie Compton Moore. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Cecil England and four brothers James, Sam, Amanuel and Herman Moore
Survived by her husband of sixty eight years Fred Dickson of Edmonton, KY
One son: Howard Dickson and wife Sue of Edmonton, KY
One daughter: Linda Wilson and husband Johnnie of Edmonton, KY
Four grandchildren: Angela (Mark) Shirley, Shannon (Brian) Fields, Bradley (Sarah) Dickson and Marsha (Travis) Shirley
Eight great grandchildren survive
Also survived by several nieces and nephews
And by a host of friends and church family
Mrs. Dickson was a member of the Prices Creek Missionary Baptist Church and was a homemaker
