Monta Jo Smith – Award, age 70, of Lebanon and Jerusalem Israel died Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Shaare Zedek Hospital, Jerusalem, Israel. She was born on April 12, 1945 in Lebanon, KY
She is preceded in death by: Parents-- John Walter “J.W.” and Anna Bell Van Winkle Smith.
Surviving are: Four Sisters-- Joan Reed -- Lexington, KY, Sondra (Dick) Gwinn – Lebanon, Ky., Pam (Jim) Bruton –Fruitland Park, Fla., Anna Lisa (Brad) Howard – Nicholasville, Ky.
Also surviving are several Nieces and Nephews and great Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, March 18, 2016 at the Lebanon United Methodist Church; officiated by Rev. Chris Howlett. Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until the time of service at the Lebanon Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Ryder Cemetery.
