Mildred Sandusky, 84, of Columbia, died Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 2:05 A.M. at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
She was born December 8, 1930, in Adair County, to the late Garlan & Avis Edwards Pickett. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Sandusky on May 9, 1996, one brother, Willard Pickett, and one sister, Launa Smith. She was a member of Columbia United Methodist Church and a retired teacher of the Adair County School System.
Survivors Include:
Two Sons – John Sandusky of Glendale & Charlie Sandusky of Louisville
Two Nieces – Lana Glasgow of Columbia & Lisa Riley of Glasgow
One Nephew – Mitchie Pickett of Highland Heights
Several Other Relatives & Friends also survive
