Mildred was born in Pulaski County on April 8, 1942 to the late Milford Wilson, Sr. and Dollie Phelps Wilson. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Edwin Wilson and Milford Wilson, Jr. She was a long time clerk for Hill’s Pharmacy in Liberty and a member of the Watson’s Chapel Christian Church.
Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years, Harold Cravens; her daughter, Patricia (husband, Charles) Nunmaker; son, Mark A. (wife, Amy) Cravens, Sr.; grandchildren; Jenna and Finn Nunmaker, Mark, Jr., Allison and Matthew Cravens; two brothers, Gerald (wife, Wanda) Wilson and William G. (wife, Carol) Wilson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Lesley Wesley for her love, support and devotion throughout this difficult time. They would also like to thank the community and Valley Oak Church members for opening their door and hearts for the meal after the service.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at McKinney Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Sherman Floyd and Bro. Randy Atwood officiating. Burial will follow at the Valley Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8PM on Monday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Roger Durham, Steve Hill, Finn Nunmaker, Joey and Steve Cravens, and Gerald Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be Jenna Nunmaker, Mark Cravens, Jr., Allison Cravens, and Matthew Cravens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
