Merl D. Wiggins, Sr., 92, of Gradyville, Kentucky, died Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 11:41 P.M. at his home.
He was born August 27, 1923, in Haynesville, Louisiana, to the late D.E. and Carrie E. Trammell Wiggins. Mr. Wiggins was a member of Columbia Christian Church, a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran, serving in World War II, a member of the American Legion and was retired from the oil industry.

His wife of 70 years – Rita Tullier Wiggins of Gradyville
One son – Merl (Patricia Willis) Wiggins, Jr., of Gradyville
Two daughters – Carolyn Wiggins and Marsha Ann Wiggins both of Gradyville
Three grandchildren – Merl Drew Wiggins, III, Michael Dale Willis, Jr., Christopher Scott Wiggins all of the Houston, Texas area
Seven great-grandchildren
Mr.Wiggins requested cremation and a memorial service will be held later
