Maxine Burton age 78 of the Liberty Road, Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015 at 1:24 PM at her home after an illness. She was born on March 12, 1937 in Casey County, KY.
She was the daughter of the late William Claudis & Lizzie Whited Buck & was preceded in death by her husband Zenith Burton on Sept. 29, 2011, also by three brothers & four sisters Jim, George & Alvin Buck, Bessie Lay, Nora Clements, Alice Fair & Edith Buck
She is survived by two daughters: Wanda Gayle Burden & her husband Johnnie of Columbia, KY
and Joyce Luster & her husband Lonnie of Columbia, KY
Two Grandchildren:Shannon Burden & Elizabeth Horton & her husband Anthony
Two Great Grandchildren: Mason Horton & Malakai Horton

She was a member of Bloomington Chapel Church, the ladies missionary club at Bloomington Chapel, retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville with 33 years, & worked at Summit Manor Nursing Home for 10 years
