Mary J. Depp, 82, of Glasgow, KY died Monday, October 26, 2015 at T.J. Samson Hospital. She was born May 11, 1933 in Barren County, the daughter of the late Arthur & Mary Francis Wells Sanderson.
Mrs. Depp was a homemaker and a member of the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death is her husband, Corbert Depp, Sr. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
She is survived by a son, Doug (Melissa) Depp of Glasgow, KY; Shelby (Mike) Howard, Nellie Depp, Penny Depp, C.J. Depp, Nora Depp, Mary (Chris) Curry all of Glasgow, KY; a nephew she raised as her own, William (Choya) Sanderson of Anchorage, AK; a brother, James Bolton Sanderson of Louisville, KY; a host of nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church located at 104 Mill Street, Glasgow, KY 42141
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Glasgow, Kentucky. Visitation will be Thursday, October 29 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m at the church.
