He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Elkhorn Baptist Church. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death September 19, 2016, by his granddaughter: Brittany Nicole Taylor.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn Jane Akin Taylor, two sons: Marion and his wife Janice of Green County and Jaysen and his wife Shannon of Taylor County, two step daughters: Sandy and her husband Gary, Jackie and Joe Beams, all of Green County, three step sons: Freddie Scott, Coy Scott and his wife Jennifer, all of Green County and Johnny Scott of Elizabethtown, KY, one brother: Ray Taylor and his wife Judy of Campbellsville, one sister: Betty Jo Amos and her husband Cliff of Campbellsville, four grandchildren: Sarah Beth Thompson, Faith Ann Taylor, Makenzie Taylor and Madison Ferrie, one great grandson: Zander Thompson, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Marshall Taylor will be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Central Time Friday evening, December 31, 2021, at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg. There will be no funeral service.
