Marie Ballenger, 88, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Fri. Feb.12th, at the Russell County Hospital.
Marie was born in Jamestown, KY on October 7, 1927, a daughter of the late Hattie (Barnes) and Eldora E. Foley.
She was a beautician and the wife of Johnny Ballenger, of Russell Springs, Ky
She is survived by
two daughters Linda (David) Herriford, of Lexington, KY
Marlene (Edward) McClure, of Lexington, KY
one sister June (Estus) Emerson, of Russell Springs, KY
four grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Geraldine Ballenger, Lillian Heathman, three brothers A.G., D.C. and J.E. Foley.
Funeral Services for Marie Ballenger will be Sun. Feb.14th, 2:00pm at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Bodie Emerson and Bro. Ed Partin officiating.
Friends may visit after 11:30am on Sun. at the funeral home.
Burial will be on Tue. Feb.16th 12:30 CT at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Nicholasville, KY.
