She was born December 12, 1945 in Marion County. She was a former legal secretary and a member of Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church. She loved crafts and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George & Helen Mills Beaven; one infant brother, John D. Beaven; one sister-in-law, Virginia Beaven; one brother-in-law, Don Spalding.
Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Tarry Bash; three step-daughters, Laura, Cassaundra and Kerri Bash, all of Argos, Indiana; six sisters, Judy A. Beaven and Janice McClure (Lee) all of Lexington, Mickey Spalding, Nancy Beaven and Rita Simms (Joe) all of Louisville, Betty LeBlanc (Charlie) of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana; five brothers, Steve Beaven (Lois) and Tommy Beaven all of Loretto, David Beaven (Judy) and Gerry Beaven all of Bardstown, Jimmy Beaven (Mary Ann) of Lebanon.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6785 Highway 52, Saint Francis. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 3-8 PM Friday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 6 PM by The Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
