Lucas Ray Gossett, age 48, of London, KY and formerly of Somerset, departed this life on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at his residence.
Lucas was born on April 17, 1967 in Somerset, KY, to Margaret West Gossett and the late Don Edwin Gossett. Lucas was a Hairdresser, a graduate of Somerset High School, and was a member of Beacon Hill Baptist Church of Somerset.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret West Gossett of Somerset, KY; two brothers, David (and Debbie) Gossett of Bronston, KY and Eddie West of Somerset, KY; a sister, Donna (and Mark) Davis of Ferguson, KY; several nieces and nephews; and his dog and best friend, Buddy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Don Edwin Gossett.
Visitation will be on Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
His funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Dawson officiating. Burial will be in the Beech Grove Cemetery.
