Lt. Col. O. D. Robertson

Lt. Col. O. D. Robertson, 82, of Russell Springs, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Ky. He was born December 23, 1932 in Russell County to the late Fred & Olie Gertrude Cunningham Robertson.

He was a retired Lt. Col. in the US Air Force and was a member of the Christian Church Disciples of Christ Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandaughter, Kateland Robertson; 6 sisters, Mabel (infant) Robertson, Mildred Smith, Freda Wilson, Hope Tarter, Treva Foley, Geneva Reeves and a brother, Royce Felton Robertson.

2 grandsons: Jonathan Robertson, Zachary Robertson

1 great grandson: Eli James Robertson

Funeral service for Lt. Col. O. D. Robertson will be 10 AM. CDT. Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with David Ransdell officiating.

Visitation will be after 5 PM. Monday.

Burial in the Mill Springs National Cemetery with full military honors
