Lewis Eldridge Brown, 77, of Hustonville passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2015 at home. Born April 1, 1938 in Casey Co., he was the son of the late Forest and Mary Passmore Brown. He was retired from Boyle Masonry and was a member of the Labor Union Local 189.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Carey Brown; 1 son, Tony Brown; 1 daughter, Karen Lee Brown; and 2 brothers, Jerry and Dewey Brown.
He is survived by 1 son, Lewis D. (Kim) Brown of Hustonville; and 2 grandchildren, Adam and Amanda Brown; 2 great grandchildren, Garrett Brown and Peyton Wilgus; 1 great grandchild on the way; 1 brother, Hubert Brown of Bradfordsville; 4 sisters, Jeannie Young of Perryville, Evelyn Brown and Virginia Hale of Danville, and Pauline Hale of Moreland.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home with burial in Maxey Valley Cemetery. Visitation is 11-1 on Thursday.
