He was born March 20, 1937, in Quebec, Canada, to the late Cyril C. and Eileen Watt Winslade.
He retired as Department Manager from IMO in Columbia, was a U.S. Navy veteran and was an avid golfer.

Two daughters – Laurie (Jeff) Dunbar of Columbia, Kathleen (Mike) Cannata of Cleveland, OH
One son – Patrick Winslade of Michigan
One brother – Winston Winslade of Cleveland, OH
Two sisters – Joan Schofield and Karen Harvie both of Yardley, PA
Four grandchildren – Seth and Sara Dunbar, Andrew and Jessica Cannata
His special friend and companion, Jo Ann Ooten and her daughters, Keri Kerns and Krista Stephens, her grandchildren, Kyle, Kennedy, Kendall, Kelsey, Caleigh, Kylar and great-grandchild, Ady
His dog, Kemo
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 3:00 – 9:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with cremation to follow
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to Hosparus, American Cancer Society or Sugarfoot Farm Rescue, which can be made at the funeral home
