Kinzel is survived by a daughter, Karen Tucker, of Russell Springs; two sisters, Redith Withers, of Clarksville, IN; Jackie Nation, of Russell Springs, KY; two brothers, Donnie Tucker, of Russell Springs, KY; Ronnie Tucker, of Russell Springs, KY.
