Jennifer Weiler, age 63, of Somerset, KY, departed this life on Monday, February 08, 2016 at her residence.
Jennifer was born on December 21, 1952 in Des Moines, Iowa to the late Clyde Luttrell and Virginia Pitman Luttrell. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church of Somerset where she enjoyed participating in choir as well as singing in the Somerset Community Choir. Jennifer was a member of the Somerset Newcomers Club, a graduate of Northern Illinois University, where she worked as an artist through her lifetime. She began teaching art in Southern Illinois, working at Nabisco Company and as a Fiber artist. She attended several art studios where she won competitions for her fashion designs. In later years she lived in Idaho and enjoyed riding her motorcycle and loved her loyal canine companions, Buddy and Molly.
Jennifer is survived by a daughter, Katrina (and Sal) Guagliardo of Park Ridge, Ill.; a grandson, Gaetano Guagliardo of Park Ridge, Ill.; a sister-in-law, Margaret Luttrell, two nephews, Jon and Jeff Luttrell, all from New Jersey; as well as many loving cousins, aunts and uncles.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Luttrell.
Visitation will be on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
Her funeral service will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 1:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Couch officiating. Burial will be at Chesterview Cemetery in Nancy, KY.
The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or Somerset-Pulaski Co. Humane Society.
