Janet Lou Douglas, age 81, of Middleburg, KY passed away on Wednesday August 19th, 2015 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born in Liberty, KY on August 3rd, 1934 to the late Milford and Ruby Crawford Lane.
She was a formerworker at Liberty Sportswear, ATR and was a caregiver.
Survivors include Three Sons: Donnie Douglas and Larry Douglas both of Yosemite and Ronnie Douglas of Jackson, OH, Three Daughters: Beverly Means and Terry Douglas both of Yosemite and Dede Douglas of Russell Springs, Five Grandchildren, Four Great-Grandchildren, Two Sisters: Roberta Phillips of Stanford and Nellie Means of Liberty and One Brother: Clell Lane of Yosemite.
Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by One Son: Randy Douglas, One Sister Janice Morrison and Four Brothers: Billy, Timmy, Buster and Don Lane..
Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. on Friday August 21st, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Middleburg, Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. on Friday August 21st, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Middleburg, Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Grove Cemetery.
