James DeWayne “Garfield” Pelly, 42, of Columbia, KY, died Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 10:00 P.M. at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room
He was born October 27, 1972, in Adair County and was a mechanic

His parents – Wayne & Vocal Huddleston Pelly of Columbia
His wife – Melissa Mullen Pelly of Columbia
Three sons – Bryce Bechtel, Ethan Tomblin & Isaiah Pelly all of Columbia
One daughter – Skylar Bechtel of Columbia
One brother – Paul Pelly of Columbia
His paternal grandparents – Clyde & Louise Stone Pelly of Columbia
His mother-in-law – Darlene Owens & her mother, Betty Owhsowski both of Munfordville
Several aunts, uncles, other relatives and a host of friend
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Fred & Alice Coomer Huddleston and a cousin, Kody Pelly
Funeral service – Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with burial in Haven Hill Cemetery
Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Monday
