Born in Knifley, on November 22, 1936, she was a homemaker and a member of the Brethren in Christ Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Spires; her first husband, Charles Ray Quinn who died on December 25, 1991 and a daughter, Sandra Kerr. She later married Maxie Young who died on Feb. 1, 2000.
She is survived by her sons, Kenny Quinn and his wife, Jackie and Randy Quinn and his wife, Melinda, of Knifley, six grandchildren, Chris Quinn, Lyndi Kerr-Hagan, LeAnn Bland, Chuck Quinn, Beth Wethington and Meranda Quinn, six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, a son-in-law, Joey Kerr, four step-children, Loretta Hash and her husband Gary Dale, Gary Young and his wife, Mary Lou and Tony Young and his wife, Tonya, all of Campbellsville and Larry Young and his wife, Jeannie of Pleasant Grove, Alabama and eight step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 8th at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with Bro. Dave Book officiating. Burial will follow in Quinn Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Quinn, Chuck Quinn, Doug Bunch, Jeremy Wethington, Skylar Edelen and Evan Quinn. Jaxon Bland will be an honorary pallbearer.
The family request visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 7th at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.
