Helen Josephine Anderson Norris

Helen Josephine Anderson Norris age 82 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Cumberland County Hospital after an illness.  Helen was born on June 01, 1933 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Johnny Harrison Anderson and Sally Claywell Anderson.  She was a member of Burkesville Church of the Nazarene, and had attended Bear Creek Church. She was a homemaker and was a babysitter for many years.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Wendell Norris, and  eight siblings, Roy Anderson, Johnny Anderson, Willard Anderson, Mary Claywell, Clara Claywell, Lois Smith, Vicie Carter, Betty Carter.

Her Husband- Hylen Guy Norris of Burkesville, KY
Three Daughters- Brenda Marsh(Mike Vinson) of McMinnville, TN, Linda Spears(Darrell) of Burkesville, KY
and Glenda Jean Willis(Jerry) of Burkesville, KY
One Brother- William Anderson(Mary Lee) of Burkesville, KY
Seven Grandchildren- Chris "Woody" Scott(Carla Bush),
Cindy Jo Nettles(Lawrence), Windy Spears, Christy Wilson(Donnie),
Nicky Spears(Lora Beth), Michael Norris, Skylar Willis(Mary Gilbert)
Seven Great Grandchildren- Brooklyn Branham, Colby Nettles, Allie Bradley, Carly Jo Nettles, Alaina Wilson, Tenley Spears, Amelia Wilson
Three Step Great Grandchildren- Dakota Vinson, TeKeila Vinson, Ronnie Dale "R.D." Vinson

Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. Burkesville, KY with burial in Burkesville Cemetery.  Family requests visitation from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Friday, July 24, 2015 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
