Glenda Withers, age 72 of Somerset, KY, died Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her residence. She was born November 12, 1942 daughter to the late Edwin and Ruby Parkey Gragg.
Survivors include; three children, Melissa (and Ronald) Jopes of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Steven (and Angela) Wallace of Somerset, Kentucky, and John E. (and Kirsten) Wallace of Georgetown, Kentucky; three step-children, Janelle (and Scott) Wright of Rochester, Minnesota, Billianne Withers of Lexington, Kentucky, and Paul David (and Amy) Withers of Somerset, Kentucky; two brothers and two sisters, Dennis (and Jane) Gragg, Sharon Gragg, Joe D. Gragg and Carol (and Tom) Barker; thirteen grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Paul Withers whom she married in 1995.
Glenda was a retired school teacher from the Pulaski County School System, and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 with Rev. Paul Hines officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
