Fredrick Maxwell “Max” Wesley, age 57, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Thursday February 4th, 2016 at the Casey County Hospital. He was born in Fernandina Beach, FL on May 16th, 1958 to the late Harold Max Wesley and Jeanette Ward Johnson.
He was a former truck driver.
Survivors include: One Daughter: Bethany Nicole Wesley of Liberty.
Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Monday February 8th, 2016 Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday February 9th, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Peavey Cemetery.
