Elizabeth Ann is survived by 5 children, James S. Osbourne (Lisa), Lebanon, KY, Mary Beth Cahill (Mark), San Lorenzo, CA; David J. Osbourne (Sarah), Louisville, KY, Rebecca Simms (Charles), Lexington, KY, Margaret Osbourne, Lexington, KY; 9 grandchildren, Jennifer Osbourne, Louis Simms, Megan Cahill, Kevin Simms, Dr. Brian Osbourne, Anthony Osbourne, Katy Lopez, Hannah Osbourne, Clare Osbourne; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph F. Hill, Jr.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth Ann taught piano and swimming to countless children and adults. She was a Kentucky Colonel and served multiple terms on the Lebanon City Council. She earned an Associate's Degree from St. Catharine College and worked several years at American Greeting Corporation. Elizabeth Ann was an active member of St. Augustine Parish and served as Eucharistic minister and alongside her husband in prison ministry. Elizabeth Ann loved to be active and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her friends and numerous activities at the Lebanon Aquatic Center, fitness center and tending to her many flowers and plants.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 25, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Lebanon National Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at Bosley Funeral Home at 8:00 a.m. Thursday, October 25, 2018 and will continue until 10:30 a.m.
