
He was a Veteran of US Army and a member of Pleasant Point United Baptist Church. He pastored many churches in Russell, Pulaski, and Casey Counties and participated in many revivals.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Mae Hammond; 3 sisters, Louise Blair, Frances Holt, and Pauline Gosser.

Funeral service for Eld Kenneth Hammond will be 10:30 AM. Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jason Shanks, Bro. Paul Roy, and Bro. David Hammond officiaitng.
Visitation after 4 PM. Thursday.
