Daisy Lee Logsdon of West Chester, Ohio, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Charles Porter Benningfield, Sr. and Mildred Howell Benningfield, was born October 28, 1929, in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at Wednesday, March 23, 2016 in Ohio. Age: 86
She was a loving wife and mother and had been employed as a secretary.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church.
She united in marriage to Lawrence Alex Logsdon, Sr. July 28, 1950. He preceded her in death May 25, 1979.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter: Lawrence A. Logdson, Jr. and wife, Regina of Hendersonville, Tennessee, Eric L. Logsdon and wife, Kris of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Mojra M. Logsdon of West Chester, Ohio; nine grandchildren: Gillian Woodard, Matthew Logsdon, Charles Logsdon, Benjamin Logsdon, Alex Logsdon, James Logsdon, Samuel Logsdon, Bonnie Logsdon and Keith Holloway; ten great-grandchildren: Linzy Logsdon, Ellie Logsdon, Ford Logsdon, Cooper Holloway, Casey Elliott, Haley Elliott, Aubrey Woodard, Gavin Woodard, Aderyn Woodard and Clara Woodard; one sister, Priscilla “Pat” Hyserman of Lebanon; beloved friend, Karen Blum; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two grandsons: Paul Holloway and John Logsdon and four brothers and two sisters: Bobby Benningfield, David Benningfield, Porter Benningfield, John Benningfield, Frances Sadler and Geraldine Conner.
