Mr. Curtis Hoover Wilson, 87, of Horse Cave, Kentucky died Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at his son's residence in Horse Cave, Kentucky.
Mr. Wilson was a U. S. Army veteran having served in the Korean War. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church where he served on the Trustee Board and sang in the Brotherhood Choir.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard "Pud" and Lillian Wilson, a brother, Clarence Howard Wilson and a sister, Shirley Ann Whitlow.
He is survived by his son, Curtis H. Wilson, Jr (Jody Garner) of Horse Cave, KY; granddaughter, Courtney Gabrielle Wilson of Louisville, KY; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral will be held 1:00 pm CST on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Horse Cave Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 11:00 am CST Saturday at the church.
