He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Fry Baptist Church. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. He was a farmer and an electrician. According to Anne Frank, Clinton was a faithful donor at the local American Red Cross Blood Mobile with a total of 25 ½ Gallons or (204 units). The last time he donated blood was April 13, 2017. He even made the trip in a mobile vehicle after he was unable to get in and out of his truck. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one son: Clinton Eugene Kelly and two brothers: Udell and Forrest Kelly.
He is survived by his wife: Margery VanArsdale Kelly of Greensburg, one daughter and son-in-law: Theresa and Randy Roberson of Port Charlotte, Florida, three sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law: Cheryl Kelly, Dwayne and Sue VanArsdale and Sylvia Kelly, all of Greensburg.
