Charlotte Kay Shearer, 66, of Columbia, KY, died Friday, July 3, 2015 at 4:09 P.M. at her home after an illness.
She was born November 11, 1948, in Virgie, KY, to the late Preston and Ida Elswick Tackett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Shearer on December 1, 2014. She was a member of Sparksville Baptist Church and a former Medical Tech.
Survivors include:
Three daughters – Ida Shearer and Sherry Shearer both of Columbia, Kim (Randy) Wood of Edmonton
One son – Tony (Laura) Tackett of Chicago, IL
Two grandchildren – Stephanie (Tyler) Yates of Columbia, Laura (Tyler) Beddow of Owensboro
One great-grandchild – Carlee
