Carolyn Marie Blasingim, age 74, of Nancy, KY, departed this life on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
Carolyn was born on April 28, 1941 in Middletown, Connecticut to the late Edward and Beatrice Picotte Dennis.
She is survived by her husband Eddie Claye Blasingim; a daughter, Joy Marie Stoltz of Waynesburg, KY; two sons, Raymond Blasingim of Fairfield, OH and David Blasingim of Nancy, KY; a brother, Edward “Bo” Dennis of St. Augustine, FL; a sister, Peggy Runde of Glen Mills, PA, five grandchildren, Cashawnda Kidd, Zach Stoltz, Ashley Blasingim, Chelsea Blasingim and Holly Blasingim; and one great-grandchild, Easton Perry.
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 11am until 1pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow the visitation on Thursday, at 1pm. Interment will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
