Carlos Eugene Bradshaw, Sr, age 62 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born on April 17, 1953 in Liberty, KY. Mr. Bradshaw was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired correction officer from North Point Correction Center in Danville, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Beulah Randolph Bradshaw; brothers, Bobby, Charles and Phillip Bradshaw; sister, Beverly Phillips.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Bright Bradshaw, of Lebanon, KY; son, Charles E. Bradshaw, Jr, of Paris, KY; two daughters, Loren Woodrow (Grant) Bradshaw, of Liberty, KY, Megan Rebecca Smock, of Lebanon, KY; five grandchildren, Trinity Elaine Bradshaw, Daniel Ryan Bradshaw, Hailey Braine Smock, Brooklyn Paige Jeffries and Trenton Matthew Sapp; three sisters, Norma Miller, of Danville, KY, Ruby Toombs, of Danville, KY and Frances Richardson, of Eaton, OH; brother, Jimmy Bradshaw, of Parksville, KY.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Anthony Gilbert. Interment to follow in Lebanon National Cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by the Marion County Veteran Honor Guard.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
