Brother: Jerry Eads, Liberty, Kentucky
6 grandchildren also survive. Eddie and Reggie Lane, Isaiah and Dylan Salyers, Whitley and Colton Wethington

Visitation will be Saturday, August 8th, 2015 3:00 PM till 6:00 PM EDT at Thomas Ridge Christian Church, Dunnville, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be at 6 PM EDT Saturday, August 8th 2015 at Thomas Ridge Christian Church, Dunnville, Kentucky, 42528 with Bro. Herschel Lawhorn officiating.
Interment will be in Rough Ridge Cemetery, Liberty, Kentucky, 42539
