He was a Veteran of US Army and US Navy.

Funeral service for Birchel "Bill" Baker will be 7 PM. Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Wheeler officiating.
Visitation after 6 PM. Thursday.
Burial in the Baker Cemetery in Perry County
Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs in charge of arrangments.
