Beverly Lynn Overstreet Clements

Beverly Lynn Overstreet Clements passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the Casey County Hospital. She was 54. 
Born April 22, 1960 in Taylor County, KY, she is the daughter of Margaret Cooper Overstreet Bell and the late Buford Overstreet. She worked at Fruit of the Loom for 15 years and later at American Greeting for 16 years. Beverly attended the Rheber 206 Holiness Church and enjoyed writing the church’s Christmas plays each year. She enjoyed the company of her two Golden Retrievers, Honeybee and Rosebud. 

Survivors include her beloved husband, Mike Clements of Liberty, whom she married January 29, 1983; mother, Margaret Overstreet Bell of Liberty; son, Shawn ( and Heather) Clements of Elizabethtown; granddaughter, Carlie Ann Clements; a sister, Sandy Moxley Sneed of Liberty; two step-sisters, Nannette Wright and Nancy Davis, both of Casey County; and niece, Katie Bell Peyton.  

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her step-father, Jack Bell. 

Funeral services are 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 9, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Patton officiating. Beverly will be laid to rest in Salem Cemetery. 

Visitation is Sunday after 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home and Monday from 8:00 A.M until funeral service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Charity of one’s choice. 

Pallbearers are Gary Burke, Danny Miller, Eric Miller, John Sparr, Aaron Moberley, and Dewayne Evans.
