She made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Asbury Methodist Church. She was a social worker and court designated worker servicing Green, Taylor, Marion, and Washington Counties. Betty Jo loved gardening, sewing, cooking for her family, the game show network, eating crab legs and the beach. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers: Edsel, Kenneth, Elmo, Marshall and Rondall Taylor and three sisters: Louise Guess, Bernice Elliot, Elsie Shelton.
She is survived by her husband Clifton Amos, one daughter: Carla Vigil and her husband Joe of Bowling Green, one brother: Rayburn Taylor and his wife Judy of Campbellsville, two grandchildren: Emily Graham and her husband Clint of Edmonton and Daniel Judd and his wife Tiffany of Bowling Green, six great grandchildren: Macon, Joy, Stella, Vivian and Eliza Graham, Addy Judd, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
