Barbara Gayle Carney 74 of Glasgow died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at her home. She was born in Lafayette, IN the daughter of the late Homer Dewayne Baise and Georgia Mae Mansfield Baise. She was also preceded in death by her husband Edward Denton Carney. Mrs. Carney was a homemaker and a member of Cedar Springs United Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons Troy Carney of Scottsville and Kevin Carney of Park City; five daughters Debora Carney of Indianapolis, IN, Pam Carney of Glasgow, Dana Riddle (Darrin) of Indianapolis, IN, Tonya Archey (David) of Glasgow and Anna Blair (Tony) of Glasgow; four grandsons, one granddaughter, one great grandson and her little dog Griffy.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday, January 26th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 5pm Monday.
Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made to BRAWA (Barren River Animal Welfare Assn.) or the T. J. Samson Hospice Program.
