April Sue Knowles, age 31 of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Springview Hospital. She was born July 9, 1984 in Louisville.
She is survived by her mother, Eugenia Wagner of Lebanon; her father, Steven T. Knowles, Sr. of Louisville; one daughter, Brittany Nicole Hardin of Louisville; two sons, Cody Dwayne Decker of Indiana and Michael Wayne Decker of Louisville; one grandchild; one brother, Stephen T. Knowles of Danville.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Bro. Larry Baker will officiate. Interment will follow in Ryder Cemetery in Lebanon.
Visitation is 11 AM until 1 PM Wednesday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
